We DO NOT offer direct exchanges of our products. If you need a different size or color, you will need to return the item back to us for a refund, and then place a new order. Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
Any product sold during a Sale or using a Coupon Code can only be exchanged and not returned.
Items for your returns should comply with the following conditions:
- Unused & in the same condition in which you received it.
- In the same packaging box so as to assure that the pair doesn’t get damaged in transit back to us.
Please note that any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions, will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case. payment within 7-10 business days. A flat rate of $8 will be deducted from your original form of payment.
