We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.

Shipping and Delivery

You will not be charged for the delivery of the goods you purchase on our Site.

Refunds
Refund requests must be made within 14 days after receipt of your goods.

Returns
Returns can be made by mail. To return a good by mail, follow the following procedure:
How to initiate a return?
Please send an email with your order number to returns@kosh-a.com. Upon your request, we will email a USPS shipping label. Return shipping cost will be deducted from the original form of payment. A flat rate of $8 will be deducted from your original form of payment.
Where to return?
Returns can be made only through USPS.
How to package for return?
Please pack the product back with tissue and place it inside the cloth bag, just the way you received it. Place the return shipping label on the outside of the return box. Please make sure the box is taped/double-taped if necessary. The return will not be accepted if there is any damage.

Consumer Protection Law
