How can I exchange an item?

We do not offer direct exchanges of our products. If you need a different size or color, you will need to return the item back to us for a refund, and then place a new order.

When can I return an item?

Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.

How do I initiate a return?

Please send an email with your order number to Upon your request, we will email a USPS shipping label. Return shipping cost will be deducted from the original form of payment. A flat rate of $8 will be deducted from your original form of payment.

What are the products that cannot be returned?

Any product sold during offers/promos can ONLY be exchanged for another product or size. These products cannot be returned.

When do I get my refund?

Once we receive your package, we will verify its contents, and inspect it to ensure it is unworn, in its original condition, and free of damage. We will then send the amount back to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days. A flat rate of $8 will be deducted from your original form of payment.

How do I package my return?

Please pack the product back with tissue and place it inside the cloth bag, just the way you received it. Place the return shipping label on the outside of the return box. Please make sure the box is taped/double-taped if necessary. The return will not be accepted if there is any damage. All returns must be sent back to the below address:

What is the return cost?

We provide a flat-rate USPS shipping label for your return. The flat rate of $8 will be deducted from your final refunded amount.
